![A Viking boat burial dating back to the 10th century has been named by Archaeology magazine as one of the 10 most important archaeological finds of the year.
The burial was discovered in Ardnamurchan, Scotland and is the first burial to be found on the Scottish mainland. Experts believe that the man buried within was likely a high ranking warrior. He was buried in a 16-foot boat accompanied by a sword, shield, spear, ax, drinking horn, and other artifacts.
